Aqua Aerobics

Low impact exercise suitable for those seeking a mild intensity activity


The perfect way to exercise and make friends without putting too much stress on the body. Run by a motivating and qualified instructor, our water aerobics classes provide a low impact exercise regime in warm water. This workout stimulates muscles all across the body while keeping them at an ideal temperature.

* New session on Mondays will be trialed for 4 weeks to check demand for the extra session is viable. If demand is adequate the session will continue.
